Tool description

Supreme Snowboarding doesn't have a way to show the outline of a checkpoint.
This tool can be used to generate a circle of objects around a checkpoint, so that the player can see the outline.
Useful for Start_Point, Check_Point_1, Check_Point_2, Finish_Point, in Object_Data.txt files, e.g. Data/Levels/Village/Tracks/Hard/Object_Data.txt
